Dakota

We recently got a card from Dakota's new family:

We wanted to tell you how wonderful he was on July 4th. The 4th of July parade goes right by our house and then we have about 30 people for a backyard picnic. He sat on the porch with us to watch the parade with some of our friends and was really well behaved. Our friends loved him and he was very sociable. He particularly enjoyed the backyard picnic (naturally). We kept him on his leash for part of the time to ensure his safety ie. the gate was left open by mistake, which it nevery was. He is very well adjusted and very loving. I'm sure you and your family are mostly responsible for that. Many thanks for all you did for him. Bill and Faith.
