Update on Sasha

Sasha was the mom with a litter of puppies who had some difficulty after being spayed - she pulled an internal stitch and ate some gauze.





Here is what her new family said recently:

She is doing well, what a character. She is warming up to Ed slowly. She has put on some weight and her coat is almost all grown back. Had her in a baby pool a few times , she loved it. She has brought me peace and joy. She is my baby. She'll lay by my bed till I get home. We still crate her on occasion but because Ed is home most of the time, she is free to roam. She is quite a chewer at times but I think I found a bone that so far she has been working on for a week and hasn't completely finished. I got it in a pet store and it's filled with something and it is her constant companion. Having problems with my knees so I'm not walking her as often as I would like but I do take her in the yard and we play fetch so she can get some exercise and burn up some of that Husky energy. Hope all is well with you and your family both human and animal. Thanks for this precious gift.
