Yukon and His New Family

Foster dog Devo was adopted last weekend! His new name is Yukon. Here are some pictures of him with his new sister Denali, the gray and white Husky.

His new family writes:

"Just thought you might like a few pictures from his first day and evening. He is doing great and has really settled right in and made himself at home. He spent a bunch of time on and off the bed last night for brief cuddles and has had a couple of milder interactions with the cat now. He is just kind of curious about her but doesn’t bother with her too much. She is still much less than thrilled about him but she will get used to it. He got a little close for her comfort once and she batted him on the nose two quick ones and that backed him off right away. Denali is enjoying the company and the playmate and we are enjoying having him around as well. Turns out he does know a thing or two about checking out the counters or trying to snag a piece of Christy’s toast in the morning but he also responds very well to correction when that is necessary so that is good. He is a great dog and we are very glad to have found him and brought him home “fur-ever”." Congratulations Yukon!
