This was the report from Josette after Willow's first night in their home:
"Josette said she is so sweet and just loves the children. She complimented us on the training job with her. Willow was pacing for a while, crying at the door and then window trying to find us but settled down by the time they went to bed. She went for a short walk today because of the cold but the boys kept her entertained playing fetch. Josette is so amazed at how well she is with the children, so gentle and always giving them kisses. Her daughter even made the remark that Willow is a very nice girl and Josette said her daughter never liked any of her dogs! Willow was in the process of getting belly rubs when we were talking and then went and curled up on her bed. She said that Willow did much better today on the leash, which I knew she would once she settled. Willow's house mate is Kandy and she is 16 1/2 years old. Josette was laughing as Willow ran by Kandy and play bowed her to try and get her to play, but Willow made sure she did not bump into her. She is respecting the older girl. Oh yeah Kandy stole Willow's bone and put it in the water dish so she wouldn't want it. It worked! I am so proud of Willow and how she is doing. Josette and her daughter said it is already like she has lived there her whole life."
Congratulations Willow!
